Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Small items (door stoppers): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Larger items (step stools, carpets): Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Small items: 5-10 days; Larger items via freight: 7-15 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window (4-hour).

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves – note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for step stools at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Step Stools: Boxed with protective padding; tracking labels visible for children's products.

  • Door Stoppers: Poly-bagged or boxed; small parts warnings visible.

  • Carpets: Rolled (not folded) and wrapped in plastic; shipped in boxes or tubes.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt – contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
